THE POWER OF 50+
Your life, your love life, moving again
Available as E-book, Paperback & Hardcover

50+ is a starting line
After fifty, many people accept that the body just slows down. Muscle loss starts around forty, but muscles keep responding to training at any age. Your body stays trainable at 50+.
The Power of 50+ is a life philosophy for the second half of your life. It builds on six pillars: fitness and movement, healthy nutrition, mindset, relationships, sleep and lifestyle. There is also a chapter on libido and sexual health, for men and women. Your starting line is what your body can do today. Less is fine, more is allowed.
I wrote this book from my own life. Every morning a coughing fit, then the first cigarette, and in the mirror a man who felt older than fifty, much older. I changed, slipped back and started again, more than once. The book tells it as it was.
